- The end customer is responsible for the detailed inspection and testing of the software product once the order has been completed (downloaded, delivered, or activated—whichever occurs first) to determine if the delivered product meets their expectations.
- Custom software applications are non-refundable due to the nature of the service. We cannot offer refunds once the software has been downloaded or activated. However, if the product fails to meet the specifications agreed upon in the contract, we will make necessary revisions or adjustments. You are to contact us within 15 business days from the date the order was fulfilled/downloaded and/or delivered with your detailed concerns.
- In the case of significant delays or failure to deliver the agreed-upon software, we may offer a partial refund or complete refund, subject to our discretion and the specific circumstances discussed with the customer.
