SMMagnify (by CAA Digital Marketing Services): Payment & Shipping

Effective Date: February 1st, 2023

• Prices for custom software will be determined during communication with the customer based on the complexity, scope, and estimated development time. A detailed quote will be provided before the start of any work.
• Payment is due according to the payment plan specified in your contract (order), which may include a deposit upfront and subsequent payments tied to project milestones for complex orders and regular payment in full after the order is placed for basic orders.
• Payments can be made via bank card, PayPal, or bank transfer. Payments are processed securely through industry-standard encryption. All transactions are handled by trusted third-party payment gateways to ensure your financial data is protected.
• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Your access to the software will be provided in terms announced before order placement and after the payment is confirmed.
• We will provide an estimated delivery timeline for the custom software. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, changes in client specifications, or third-party dependencies.
• The software will be delivered in stages, with milestones clearly outlined in the project plan. Final delivery will occur after acceptance testing and any necessary revisions.
• In most cases, we are able to provide customers with a so-called hard copy, which means the USB flash drive with the image of the software app you ordered and paid for can be mailed for free by our local carrier in the Philippines or our dedicated fulfillment centers located all across the globe.
